My name is Brian Taylor and I've been a car guy ever since my first ride in a friends high school hot rod. I am a journeyman auto repair mechanic but my real interest is street/strip cars. I hope to use this blog to encourage other young hotrodders to make good decisions when working on their cars and give free advice on building street/strip machines that will be fun, fast and reliable. I'm not into restorations, paint & body or stereos. I sell new speed parts from most major manufacturers from my home based business located near Melfort Saskatchewan. I also part out old cars at my shop with my eyes trained to look for the parts that will be usefull for building hotrods. I've built many engines in my shop and done a few fun engine swaps that have taught me many things. I want to use my experiences including my mistakes to educate others in the hobby, especially those just getting started. Come along and enjoy the ride!
