How to keep the wife happy & how to find a wife

   I find it of utmost importance to make sure my blog followers take proper action in regard to keeping their wives happy. The Bible says that a quarrelsome wife is like a constant dripping. You don't want that. The Bible also says that a wife of noble character is her husbands crown. You do want that. Many a habitual hotrodder has lost his marriage and family from not putting his priorities in the right place. If the hobby consumes your life it will destroy you and eventually you will lose everything. When you spend more time with your cars than you do with your wife, in her eyes it is equivalent to cheating on her. You can recognize the guys that are in this position because one day their wives sell off all their cars and speed parts for 2% of their value. I've seen it. Another pitfall for the married rodder is to fall into the trap of spending an equal dollar amount on your wife for every dollar you spend on your car. If you spend $2000 on a set of aluminum heads, your wife may say that now you need to spend $2000 on home reno's. Obviously if you just spent $2000 on heads you still need to buy rocker arms an intake and valve covers so there is no money for home reno's. If you fall into this trap it is a sign that you are whipped. A whipped man is a sad sight. Usually the nearest he gets to a hot rod is watching Hotrod TV. So what do you do? How do you make it work? Let me tell you.  You need to make it fun for her too.  Take her to the track. Let her drive your car at a car show. Take her for rides at the track. Let her race it. Get her girlfriends involved so she can bring them to the track as well. Then you will have their husbands to act as your pit crew while your wife hangs out with their wives. Get your children involved. make it fun for them in any way you can. You need to show your wife that this hobby is good for your family.  Many men live by the old addage that its easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission. This is another sign of a whipped husband. He is scared of his wife. As the man of the house you need to act like it. Deep down every wife wants their husbands to be the boss. They want their husband to be the leader and protector of the family. The want their husbands to be strong and courageously take charge. Another sign that this isn't happening is when a woman starts to nag which is the constant dripping mentioned above. I wish all men could be as well off as me in regards to their wives.  When I was just married I took my wife to cruise night in Saskatoon. As we cruised 8th street with the crowds on both sides of the road everyones eyes were glued to the hotrods with the biggest tires and that had the rumble of 3 inch flowmasters. My wife was as giddy as a schoolgirl and i knew I had the woman of my dreams.
  Now to the single hotrodders looking to find a wife. This may come as a big shocker to many but when I was single I wasn't much of a womanizer. I tried asking out a few ladies but they said no. Real life relationships between guys and gals are nothing like the movies. Because a pick-up line worked on TV doesn't mean it will work in real life. I won't go into my whole philosophy here but i'll tell you what worked for me.  First of all you need to be confident. You need to beleive that you deserve an ultra gorgeous, intelligent, educated, and virtuous wife. Don't settle for anything less. Then you need to be a man. Don't look for pitty or try to get a woman to feel sorry for you. Live your life and don't worry about spending alot of time looking for a wife. She will come along at the right time and then you will know that she is the one. Treat her with utmost respect. Do not sabatoge your future by shacking up or having sex with her. It is a lie that says you need to do those things to see if you are compatible with each other. When i was single i came across a book by Joshua Harris called "Boy meets Girl". I based my whole courtship off of this book. It can work for you, get the book and read it. I'm basically an expert on woman now because of it. Yah right....
