Rear differential page

  For G-body guys I build Ford 9" housings. I originally thought this diff was needed by drag racers but so far all of my customers have been stock car racers. These housings are jig built, bolt-in, bare housings narrowed up to stock width for 78 - 87 Gm midsize G-body cars. I install Strange engineering axle tube ends that accept Gm brakes and require an aftermarket 3.150 axle bearing which is common on most aftermarket axles up to 35 spline. I weld on used lower control arm mounts off of an old G-body 7.5" rearend and i weld on new laser cut upper control arm mounts with new bushings and laser cut spring perches. The housings are cleaned up and painted black. I sell them for $495 + tax. If you provide me with a core 9" housing the cost is $395 and i will also knock off another $30 if you give me your old 7.5 housing for the lower mounts.

  I also have the jig to build housings for 70-81 camaro's and firebirds. I can use 12 bolt truck or car cores or ford 9" cores for this. The price is the same as the g-body diffs. With all of my housings I supply a tech sheet that gives the dimensions of the axles you will need to order and I can direct you to a supplier that will give you a 10% discount on Strange engineering axles.
